What is Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent Fasting is an eating plan that switches between fasting and eating on a schedule. It's based on when you eat, and you choose your fasting time. Because we will be fasting as a group, you will be held accountable to your specific fasting time.
Our Intermittent Fasting Challenge Meet - Up is a gathering (Sept. 27), where all those who are interested in joining the group IRL to collaborate and understand fasting start on Monday, September 30. There is also a zoom link for those who will join us online.
Just opt in. Join our community and together we can intermittent fast. We are a community of people looking making better health choices using information, events, challenges, courses, recipes, and support.
